All of our pressure washers are commercial
quality and have the following features:
- ENGINE - Four-cycle, air cooled,
aluminum crankcase with cast iron cylinder sleeve.
- PUMP - Positive displacement, triplex
ceramic plunger design. Stainless steel and brass
pumping section, inlet and discharge valves are interchangeable.
- DRIVE - Direct Drive. Direct coupling
of engine to pump by use of gear reduction. Gear box
is specially designed for the pump.
- INLET WATER FILTER - Two-piece
aluminum body with replaceable 80-mesh stainless screen.
- REGULATOR UNLOADER - Stainless
steel and brass construction with no external moving
parts or springs. Allows for easy engine start-up
when gun is closed and gradual pressure build-up when
gun is opened.
- THERMO SENSOR SHIELD - When internal
water temperature reaches 145 degrees, this valve
will open allowing hot water to escape and cold water
to enter system.
- LIQUID CHEMICAL INJECTOR - Draws
chemical concentrate into the system downstream from
the pump about 150 PSI with a ratio of 10 to 1.
- HIGH PRESSURE HOSE - 3/8"
x 50'(most models) wire braid hose.
- CONTROL GUN - Pistol type. insulated
shut-off gun, constructed of fiberglass reinforced
polyester. Easily held in the "on" position
for long periods and will automatically shut off if
accidentally dropped. Stainless steel and brass wetted
pans.
- WAND EXTENSION - Specially designed
aluminum tubing, 30" standard, other lengths,
up to 12' available,
- QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS - Attachments,
such as hoses, control gun, chemical injector and
sand blast are equipped with these fittings.
- NOZZLES - 1/4 inch hardened stainless
steel that maintains consistent spray pattern.
STANDARD FEATURES & ACCESSORIES
- Regulator unloader allows for easy motor start-up
when gun is closed and gradual pressure build-up when
gun is open.
- Stainless steel and brass construction.
- Thermal sensor shield allows hot water to escape
and cold water to enter system when internal water
temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Liquid chemical injector draws chemical concentrate
into the system downstream at 150 PSI at 10 to I ratio.
- Brass chemical nozzle included.
- 3/8" x 50'high pressure wire braid hose rated
at 4000 PSI.
- Pistol type, insulated shut-off control gun. Auto
shut-off if accidentally dropped.
- Set of four 1/4" hardened stainless steel nozzles
- 0; 15; 25; 40 degree standard.
- 30" aluminum, wand extension standard lengths
available up to 12 feet.
- Quick connect fittings on all attachments for easy
installment and removal.
